Chinook or Nookie is the most award winning dog currently active at Millarville Mushing. Having competed all over Western North America and with heritage bloodlines from some of the most famous sprint kennels in North America Chinook is the cornerstone of our team. She is the mother of our Classic Country litter born in October 2024.

Takoda aka Taco

Birthday - October 23 2023

Position - Lead Dog(1st Season*)

Nicknames - Taco Bell, Talka bout it, Terrierist

Takoda translates in the local Stoney Nakoda to 'friend of everyone,' and Tako clearly lives up to his name with his friendly attitude and occasional invasion of personal space. Tako just turned a year old earlier this year and has just started to work as a sled dog. He shows plenty of potential and is already the fastest dog in the kennel.
